Product Introduction
Sencro ester type flame retardant hydraulic oil is based on synthetic oil of specific structure and refined with anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion and lubricating additives. It is a new generation of non-toxic and biodegradable green lubricants.
Application range
It is suitable for hydraulic systems of continuous casting production lines in the steel industry and hydraulic systems of blast furnaces, furnace dismantling machines, hot rolling mills, foundries, ladle valves, power stations, coal mines and other equipment that require flame retardancy and safety, and can replace phosphate ester type flame retardant hydraulic oil.
Applicable temperature range: -20 ℃ ~ 135 ℃

Product variety
This product is divided into four viscosity grades of N32, N46, N68 and N100 according to the kinematic viscosity at 40℃ .
Precautions
When replacing mineral oil hydraulic oil, the mineral oil content in the system should be less than 5%; when replacing water-based fire-resistant hydraulic oil, the water content in the system should be less than 0.2%; when replacing phosphate ester and other ester-type fire-resistant hydraulic oils, attention should be paid to compatibility and adaptability of seals.
